  • Latvia: Mail delivery operated by Latvian Post or Omniva parcel locker/courier delivery, depending on the customer’s choice. The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days at the latest. During holidays and increased workload, the delivery time may take up to 7 working days.
  • Lithuania, Estonia: Mail delivery operated by Latvian Post, Omniva, Venipak parcel locker/courier, depending on the customer’s chosen delivery method. The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days at the latest. During holidays and increased workload, the delivery time may take up to 7 working days.

The supplier ensures the dispatch of orders from the warehouse:

  • by placing an order on a working day until 17:00 – on the same day;
  • by placing an order on Friday after 17:00 or on weekends – on the next working day (Monday);
  • by placing an order on the day before a holiday after 17:00 – on the nearest working day.

Shipments made using AS “Latvijas Pasts”, Omniva, or Venipak delivery intermediaries are assigned a unique SHIPMENT TRACKING CODE, which is sent to the buyer in the purchase confirmation email. It is possible to track such a shipment by clicking on the interactive link in the email.

If the recipient country of the goods is not an EU Member State, all fees and taxes required to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the buyer unless explicitly assumed by the seller.
